Why milestone payments

The 50/50 structure protects both sides. You don't pay in full until you see the system built and tested. We don't hand over a live system until the balance is cleared. Straightforward, no ambiguity.

What happens after go-live

Once the system is live, it runs. There's nothing for your team to manage, monitor, or maintain. The retainer covers ongoing support if you want it — but most agencies find the systems run without intervention from week one. If anything ever needs adjusting, you have one contact and a same-day response.
